Beginner’s Guide to Sunday Morning Coffee

Musings, ideas, ideals, IRL, and of course, coffee.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe it’s an idea about how things should change. Or perhaps a thought about ideals…what SHOULD be. Or what’s happening In Real Life and how it should change or stay the same or be amplified or annihilated. And maybe. Just maybe. It’s all begins with everyone coming together to problem-solve.

Every Sunday morning, I’ll post an idea, something happening IRL, an ideal, or just a musing about this collective work we do. Because incarceration and education is a global, collective work. As I sit on my back porch with a cup of coffee, I can’t think of a single person I know who hasn’t been touched in some way by the mass incarceration occurring in our country and in fact, across the globe. What are the problems? What are some solutions? What’s the conversation (or what should it be)?
